Most of my blogs to date have been about recipes and a few crafty things I’m up to, but this time I decided to venture out there. Waaayy out there! I have to confess something. I am a Twilight Addict. Crazy I know, I mean I’m certainly too old for high school like crushes right? Right?
Even as I write this blog, listening to Clair de lune, I can’t really explain what it is about Twilight that captures me, but it does. I know, I know, it’s so typical – middle age housewife pining over Edward. But I do. I pine over Edward. Don’t worry, my poor husband if fully aware of my emotional affair with Edward Cullen! He lovingly mocks me, as I inhale the books for the 3rd time, or is it the 4th…5th maybe….yikes
It’s a love story to get lost in. Dream about, escape to. Escapism from the doldrums of everyday life. And I do love my doldrums, but my quite place in Forks is a nice place to be sometimes!
I know I’m not the only 30-something sap who is obsessed with Twilight. But seriously, look at that face! ;)

I am totally with you. Not only am I a Twilight junkie, having read the first three book at least four times each, and Breaking Dawn twice (was my least favourite), but I am also a Twilight fanfiction junky.
Jasper is my favourite, though :)
Jo-Anna, I am visiting from Make it Lovely and I TOTALLY feel you. I adore my husband and family and the beautiful fact I am NOT in high school, but the romanticism in Twilight is something that pulls me in. Love Edward from the book and Jacob from the movie (swoon and fan my face)
