Easy Pie Crust
Makes 1 2-crust 9″pie
2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup shortening
1/4 cup water
- Sift flour and salt into a bowl.
- Cut in shortening until particles are pea-sized.
- Sprinkle with water, 1 tsp at a time, mixing lightly with a fork.
- Press into a ball. Separate into 2 balls.
- Roll out each ball onto a well floured surface.
