With fall fast approaching, it’s obvious from all the blog posts and pinterest pins out there right now, that everyone has fall decorating on the brain!
Including me!
I’ve been getting some ideas together for this season, and came across these photos of my porch from a couple of years ago. I used these same pots in my fall porch last year, and I’m debating on whether I will be using them again this year.
But I’m leaning towards a different theme all together…we’ll see how it goes.
In the mean time, here are some photos for a little more fall inspiration!
I love to use real pumpkins and squash because
there is nothing more gorgeous than real decorations!
I mean, just look at all the colours and textures! Love.
Throw in a few natural elements like branches for height, and you’re done!
Sometimes keeping it simple really is the best!
So pretty and so festive!
Happy fall decorating!

Hi I'm Jo-Anna! I mom. I blog. I cook. I craft. I like pretty things.

The mix of squash and pumpkin is gorgeous- lots of colour and lots of size range. The twigs and pussy willows add another dimension. I like it. Change your theme if you must – I am sure I’ll like that too! :)
Nice as always, Jo-Anna. I do LOVE Fall, could we keep it Year round?

I love the porch decor. The fall is the best time to decorate when you are able to use “real” decorations.
I love your front porch (especially the pussy willow branches!). Thank you so much for joining the Countdown to Fall party! Tomorrow I’ll be featuring you!

I like simple – very much! Just today, I noticed a wonderful variety of gourds and different pumpkins at the grocery store. Oh, I wish I’d had the time to dig through them and pick up a few for the porch, but I was on an “in and out” mission. Soon, though, very soon. The height and texture of the branches are the perfect finishing touch on your potted pumpkins!
