What kind of blog is this anyway?

Well, that’s a tough question!  I love food.  I love to make things.  I love to take pictures.  And I’m not professionally trained at any of those things, so all of my content is from my own personal perspective and know-how!  Really, I just like to have fun!

How do you find the time to blog?I have a love/hate relationship with this question, and I get asked it a lot.  My answer is I don’t really. But I do, because I make time to do it.  Some people work out, some people scrapbook, some people shop…. and so on…I just happen to blog.  I like to cook and we like to eat, so I hit two birds with one stone!  And I make crafty things for the house anyway, why not write about it!  It’s a win-win!  But trust me, my house is not always clean.  There are often breakfast dishes in the sink at dinner time.  The floors always need vacuuming, there is always laundry to do, and the toilets should be cleaned more often.  I’m just as frazzled as the next person: I have even left the house with 2 different shoes on (for reals) (I still cringe about it, but in all fairness I was 4 weeks postpartum)!

 

Can I use your photo on my blog/website/fb?

All images are mine.  Please do not alter them or change them in any way.  And be kind…give credit when credit is due.  It’s the right thing to do.

 

Can I make your DIY/craft or recipe, then write about it on my blog?

Of course!  But be courteous and link back to my blog!  I truly believe that blogging is all about sharing inspiration, but it’s only fair to give credit where credit is due.  I apply this concept very strictly to myself too!  Share on!

 

What kind of camera do you use?

I use a Nikon D3100.  And I am not a photographer by any stretch!  I just play and learn on my own!
