Home Fries

Home Fries
Even though my blog is only a few months old, I already laugh at some of the first posts I put up, not to mention the ghastly pictures!!  I know you aren’t supposed to change old posts, but instead learn from them, but I can’t help myself!  I’ll only change a few!

Today, I revisit the Home Fry.  Good old fashioned, baked at home, fries.
Real food.  Real goooood.
Home Fries
potatoes (basically 1 per person works)
olive oil
salt, pepper
  • Slice potatoes into strips.
  • Then toss them in a bowl with a good drizzle of olive oil.
  • Generously season to taste, with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for about 30-45 minutes in a 450 degree oven.
Happy Dipping!
