My Weekly Menu Plan #1

I thought it might be kind of fun to post our weekly menu!

It will help to keep me on track with meal planning, 
and maybe at the same time give you some ideas for dinner too!

I was pretty inspired this past week with the arrival of fall here, 
so I spent a lot of time in the kitchen…it felt really good!
Trust me, most of our weeks don’t look like this!  ;)

Anyway, here is instalment #1.

Sunday:  
Breakfast:  Oatmeal Pancakes
Dinner:  Meatloaf, Brown Rice, Fresh Raw Veggies

Monday:  Mushroom & Herb Quinoa, Pork Chops, Broccoli

Tuesday:  Sweet & Sour Stir Fry 

Wednesday:  Lasagna

Thursday:  Tomato, Basil & Zucchini Goat Cheese Tart, Roasted Beets

Friday:  BBQ Beef Tenderloin Steaks, Corn Salad, Kale, Roasted Potatoes

Saturday:  
Breakfast:  Apple Pie Baked Oatmeal
Dinner:  Spaghetti & Meatballs
