That time of year is rapidly coming upon us, and up until today, it just hasn’t felt like the season. It’s amazing how 15 cm of snow can immediately put one in the mood for Christmas! Yes, I have said it. Christmas. It’s early I know, but if you are making decorations for your home in time for the holidays, now is the time to start!
It was so easy to make. First I wrapped the styrofoam balls in the yarn – just thick enough to cover the styrofoam, and keep the spherical shape. Then I used a thin wire to randomly sew on as many of the ornaments as I could to the willow – they hold better. Then I used the glue gun to fill in the gaps with the rest of the balls.
Have fun with it!

Very nice! I love your Blog!
That wreath is so cute! Great job on this!
Hope you can come by for my Holly Bloggy Recipe Party on Thursday!
Great wreath! Love the bright colors. ;-)
It looks awesome – I really love it!
I love your wreath- what a striking look! I also especially love your wreath hanger- do you mind me asking where you got it? I am totally taken with wreaths of all kinds, but always seem to notice the hanger nearly as much as the actual wreath itself . . . .
Thanks for the wonderful tutorial.

Hi Anonymous! Sorry I’m not replying back to you specifically! Hope you checked back! I haven’t quite figured out how to program in the ‘Reply to Comment’ for my blog. It’s a goal I have for my blog this year! Anyway, thanks for the nice comment! I love wreaths too! And hangers! I can’t remember where I bought this hanger. I actually think my sister gave it to me!

One of my students, who worked at a Starbucks at that time, brought me one of the wreaths after the holiday season. I hang it on my sewing room door for the holidays. I must say, though, that yours is far prettier. ~Kelly

What a beautiful porch!! You have done an excellent job on everything that is on it. Not too much so it doesn’t get tacky looking and just enough to make everything jell together. My hat goes off to you and your imagination. Evelyn from Pennsylvania.
Thank you Evelyn!
