Scale

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp seasoning salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the whole zucchini into 4 inch chunks.  Then slice the zucchini pieces in half, then again into quarters, making them 1/2 inch wide pieces (the sticks should be roughly 4 inches long and a 1/2 inch wide).  Trim off the seeded centres.
  2. In a bowl combine the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and seasoning salt.
  3. In a separate bowl melt the butter.
  4. Dip the zucchini pieces into the melted butter.
  5. Then roll them in the bread crumb mixture.
  6. Add the zucchini fries to the Airfryer basket, making sure not to fill it too full.
  7. Fry them for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
  8. Serve with ranch dressing and enjoy!
