Welcome back to What’s For Dinner! This week I wanted to share a dinner menu that would be great for back to school! This hearty and delicious dinner doesn’t take a lot of time to prepare. In fact, you can make the soup a day or two ahead, and serve it when you have a busy night!
Cabbage Roll Soup Menu
- Main Dish: Cabbage Roll Soup
- Bread: Pumpkin Biscuits
- Side Salad: Simple Green Salad
- Dessert: Apple Crisp
This Cabbage Roll Soup is a hearty, healthy and delicious dinner, and it tastes just like homemade cabbage rolls! Ready in 1 hour. And you can make it a day or two ahead.
Pumpkin Biscuits are the perfect addition to soup. They’re delicious served up warm from the oven with loads of butter. And you can have them ready in about 30 minutes from start to finish!
Serve this Simple Green Salad on the side. This simple dressing is one of our family favourites!
And for dessert, homemade Apple Crisp! So delicious and comforting…and the best served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
