Summer Salads: Honey Vinaigrette

Hello again! Here is another salad we love.  A simple green salad with a delicious home made Honey Vinaigrette.  It’s tangy and fresh!  And goes so well with sweet berries, goat cheese and fresh greens!

Honey Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Tangy, sweet and delicious.  And super easy to make.  If you want, you can double or triple the recipe and keep it in the fridge to enjoy for up to two weeks!

Honey Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

The tanginess of the dressing is delicious with sweet berries and creamy goat cheese.  You can even toss in some nuts or seeds.

Honey Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

  • Yield: 1/2 cup dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp grainy mustard
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together.
  2. Toss with green lettuce, berries, grape, apples, green onions and goat cheese!  Yum!
