Easiest Wheat Free Banana Bread

oat flour

brown rice flour

butter or margarine

cup
sugar

eggs

mashed bananas

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl whisk together the flours, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
Then beat the flour mix into the butter mix, until it has the consistency of brown sugar.
Beat in the eggs one at a time.
Fold in the mashed banana.
Bake for about 45 - 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of the loaf comes out clean.
