Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites with White Chocolate 4

Chocolate Peanut Butter Snack Bites with White Chocolate Chunks

I think I’ve professed my love of peanut butter many times over here haven’t I?  I just love the flavour it adds to so many things like pancakes, bread, cookies, cookie bars, cheesecake and oatmeal.  I’m kind of under the belief that peanut butter makes everything taste better.

And now peanut butter has gotten even more delicious with flavours like Kraft Peanut Butter with Chocolate and Kraft Peanut Butter with Honey. Seriously.  I can’t even.

So what was I supposed to do?  I put that peanut butter with chocolate on my must have list and bought it at the first chance I had.  Bought it and ate a giant spoonful of it.  And yes, it’s as good as it sounds.

Then I was challenged by Kraft to come up with a recipe for Peanut Butter Snack Bites, using any flavour of peanut butter.  Um, yes no problem!  So I gathered the kids and we got to thinking about what ingredients should go into these ultimate treats.  They loved this part…we had a lot of interesting ideas come up, but we finally all agreed on a delicious combination.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites with White Chocolate

We added coconut, rice crisp cereal and white chocolate chunks to our Peanut Butter Snack Bites!  These ingredients combined with Kraft Peanut Butter with Chocolate makes them bites of deliciousness!  But the best thing about making these no bake snacks, is that they are versatile and easily customizable so you can make them however you and your family like them!

Oats are my comfort food believe it or not. Adding peanut butter to it is simply mind blowing to me.
I am pinning it for later because I must try this recipe. 😉

Ooooh, I totally want to try a sugar-free version of this. I think I could convert this recipe easily (I would just leave out the white chocolate) and use my own homemade chocolate.

Thanks for sharing (and for linking up to the #SHINEbloghop).

    Wishing you a lovely day.
